Randy Mims, CCUE
Executive Vice President

Prior to joining LSCI, Randy was the President/CEO of Florida State University Credit Union in Tallahassee, Florida for ten years. Prior to that, he spent ten years with credit unions in Florida and Tennessee, having started as a part time drive-thru teller while attending college. Actually, he has spent his entire life involved with credit unions, as his father was President/CEO of K25 Federal Credit Union in Tennessee for almost thirty years. With that, he brings a passion for the credit union philosophy, while challenging you to go above and beyond to achieve greatness. His credit union, under his leadership, created an innovative and successful sales culture and incentive program. In 2002, his credit union achieved 10 times their peer group in loan growth (with no mortgages!), and his senior management team earned a 67% incentive bonus, while the credit union reached record levels of profitability. He believes firmly in the pay for performance, and has the track record to back it up. He also believes in training and setting your employees up to succeed in sales. His plan has been reviewed by internal auditors, external auditors, and state and NCUA regulators over the last six years. So when choosing who and how to develop such a program, doesn't it make sense to learn from someone who's actually demonstrated his ability rather than from someone who merely has good concepts? Randy will energize you, your staff and your Board of Directors along the path to achieve goals you could never before dream of. Randy has earned his Certified Credit Union executive designation, along with a Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management from Palm Beach Atlantic University, and a Master's of Business Administration degree from Nova Southeastern University. You and your credit union will never be the same!
